Hamplin, a material that improves with age
As robust as canvas, Hamplin is a high-density woven poplin with a dry hand feel. Its name is derived from this combination of hampu (canvas in Japanese) and poplin. The small knots that appear here and there are characteristic of this rustic and irregular yarn. Light to wear, this material gains character with every wear and wash.
Inspired by the silhouette of the Joppan, the new Murahiko Hijo stands out for its voluminous leg and its nice taper towards the hem. A unisex trouser with a clean line, without a back yoke.
