Inspired by Chitose Felting

In the past, the yarn used for Chitose felting was spun in a cacophony of machines. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make it today. Yet we remain attached to its irregularities, similar to those of hand-spun yarn, and the depth of its colors. It is with a yarn created in this spirit that we crafted a rustic garment, highlighting the natural edges of the knit.

This wool is light and warm, and will develop a beautiful patina over time. The reverse side of the knit, particularly charming once the piece is finished, is used as the right side. With its loose silhouette and the endearing presence of Donkey-kun, this Umahiko cardigan possesses a deep charm that gradually reveals itself.
